From Letter-Of-Intent to Production in 6 months time
The Challenge
For a reputational multinational chemical company, TIGRO INDUSTRIES is delivering a blending and storage service. Between the sign-off of the Letter-Of-Intent and the Go-Live, only 6 months passed. During these 6 months the contract negotiation was concluded. In the mean time, the engineering capacity of both TIGRO INDUSTRIES and the client were collaborating closely on the detailed Piping and Instrumentation Diagram and were answering all quality challenges.
The Solution
An extensive Operation Plan was established to anticipate on the production process and to formalize the accompanying Risk Management. Two months before the Go-Live the build of the machinery started, supported by an engineering company. In 6 weeks time, storage and blending tanks were installed and the filling system was operational, ready for introduction tests.
