JOBDETAILS
As a QESH Employee, you are the lynchpin in ensuring quality, safety, health and environment within our organization. You provide both administrative and operational support to the QESH Manager and work closely with various departments such as logistics, production and HR. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming goods, performing lab tests, managing QESH processes and coordinating training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Incoming goods
– Screening new products based on SDSs
– Preparing article cards with hazards, properties and usage guidelines
– Advising internal departments on product approvals and hazards
Lab
– Preparing samples and maintaining lab equipment, various simple sample analyses, preparing COAs, reporting results.
QESH management
– Drafting and optimizing guidelines and processes
– Supervise internal and external audits
– Perform projects such as PPE management, VOC measurements, waste management, risk analyses
Learning & Development
– Managing certificates and training registrations of mandatory safety training courses
– Develop and conduct internal safety training courses
– Support HR regarding L&D: administrative follow-up of training courses
You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally, and play a key role in maintaining excellent internal relationships. JDin addition, you work proactively on process improvements and support other colleagues within the department where necessary.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION
– Background: You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the logistics/chemical sector or have a bachelor’s degree that demonstrates your affinity with chemistry.
– Communicative and administrative strong: You combine excellent communication skills with an accurate and structured approach to administrative tasks.
– Passion for QESH: The dynamics of a QESH department in a the logistics sector and a varied range of tasks give you energy.
– A proactive attitude, organized and stress resistant: Even during busy moments you know how to keep the overview and set the right priorities.
– Language skills: You have an excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French and German is an asset.
– Digital skills: You work fluently with standard computer programs.
